As a Senior Program Manager, you will be a valuable member of the Global Operations, Operational Excellence team within the Test & Measurement Business Unit responsible for partnering with leaders across the organization to initiate, plan, complete, control, and close major cross-functional initiatives while ensuring critical business outcomes are delivered. The role will provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside a wide variety of teams across the Business Unit. In this role, you're responsibilities will be: Drive the planning and execution of transformational initiatives, translates business goals into measurable project objectives, and leads end-to-end project lifecycle. Lead program and/or project teams throughout the different project phases, including concept, definition, planning, execution, and delivery. Lead project and/or program teams in the creation of actionable results to facilitate execution, including project plans, decision logs, risk logs, communications plans, and performance measures. Build positive relationships with internal & external partners to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes. Provide strong analytical thinking for existing business problems, working with stakeholders to clearly identify business requirements to enable business capabilities. Achieve project results improving project management, process design, and change management methodologies. Develop policy and business rules that efficiently govern processes globally while accounting for regional differences. Develop and complete right-sized organizational change plans to prepare, equip, and support individuals through change. Leverage continuous improvement and process analysis methodologies to analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and design new effective business processes. Identifies obstacles to change and recommends corrective action. Optimally communicate to all levels – from senior management to individual contributors.   • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business project management
  • 1-3 years of experience in change management
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and projects
