About The Position

We are looking for top performers who want to join GDIT in USARPAC Enterprise Pacific IT C4 Solutions (EPICS) mission to collectively bring excellence and dedication to our team. We will support the customer goals of both modernization and standards of stability to create a dependable secure Information Technology environment. The work will be performed in Oahu, HI and other locations throughout the INDOPACIFIC Area of Responsibility. The Program Manager provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this task order The PM shall assign tasks to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall Task Order performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors. It is required that the PM has the following qualifications: Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI). A minimum of 10 years’ experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in scope and complexity to this Task Order. Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level III, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and executing complex IT services and projects in multi-theater, multi-enclave environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
  • Experience with Government/Military operation in the INDOPACOM AOR.
  • Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
  • An Information Technology Infrastructure Library 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification level or higher.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience managing and executing complex IT services and projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Experience interfacing with the Government at Service Component Command level or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full lifecycle program leadership across planning, execution, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and government stakeholders, maintaining accountability for performance, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead integrated schedules, cost tracking, and contract compliance across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams, including technical, cybersecurity, and support roles, to ensure coordinated mission execution.
  • Develop and implement reporting structures, performance metrics, and resource optimization strategies in alignment with mission priorities.
