Senior Program Manager
About The Position
Join our team as a Senior Program Manager at CASE Management Consulting! This position is being recruited in support of a pending Federal contract opportunity. Any offer of employment is contingent upon contract award. The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and program management support for a Federal Government client. This position is responsible for leading complex initiatives, partnering with Government stakeholders, improving organizational performance, implementing operational solutions, and ensuring successful execution of program objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced program management professional with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate executive-level collaboration, support organizational transformation initiatives, and deliver high-quality results within a dynamic federal consulting environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting Federal Government agencies.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Demonstrated experience including: Program and project management, Organizational transformation, Talent acquisition and workforce planning, Facilitation and stakeholder engagement, Program management tool implementation, Business process improvement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive-level Government stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required Government suitability and security requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or other Federal civilian agencies.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing program management tools, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Experience supporting proposal efforts, strategic planning, or organizational change initiatives.
- Experience mentoring project teams and junior consultants.
- Experience supporting executive leadership within Federal Government organizations.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex programs and projects from planning through execution.
- Define program objectives, requirements, implementation strategies, and performance measures.
- Meet program schedules, milestones, and performance objectives while ensuring successful project execution.
- Conduct requirements gathering, business analysis, information analysis, and cost-benefit analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Develop recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, organizational performance, and mission success.
- Coordinate work efforts across multiple projects to achieve common organizational objectives.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve program risks, issues, and challenges while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, recommendations, and status updates for Government leadership.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration with Government stakeholders.
- Lead organizational transformation, business process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational staffing initiatives, as required.
- Implement and enhance program management tools, reporting solutions, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive program support.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to junior consultants and project teams.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.
