About The Position

Aleut Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the 533d Training Squadron’s USSF Guardian Enlisted Training (GET) initiative at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. The GET initiative is part of a larger effort by the Chief of Space Operations (CSO) to refine roles for Space Force personnel, focusing on enlisted Guardians as technical specialists and leaders in satellite operations, cyberspace operations, and intelligence operations. This role is crucial for transforming the initial skills training to meet the CSO's vision for developing the enlisted force's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Exceptional communicator (written and verbal) capable of facilitating, briefing, speaking, and writing compelling papers/products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Active or current Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Program Manager.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Space Operations.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all contract requirements, performance objectives, cost controls, and schedule milestones are met while proactively managing risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations to deliver successful outcomes for the government customer.
  • Serves as the primary bridge between the government client, corporate leadership, subcontractors, and program staff, building trusted relationships, driving clear communication, and aligning all parties to achieve mission success and contract growth opportunities.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout project lifecycles.
  • Assist with new programs and the strategic growth of Aleut Federal.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
