About The Position

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Senior Program Manager. Our Senior Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving performance across a broad portfolio of federal programs. This role partners closely with senior program leadership to elevate delivery excellence, deepen customer trust, optimize cross‑program operations, and enable both organic and new business growth across a diverse mission environment.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience, successfully leading large-scale federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
  • Proven leadership of multimillion dollar contracts, enterprise operations, cyber missions, or modernization initiatives.
  • Strong executive communication capabilities and experience advising senior government and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Background in cyber operations, C4I, enterprise network operations, RMF, or modernization domains.
  • Experience in federal acquisition processes, proposal development, and capture strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed, and multi‑vendor teams.
  • PMP (completed or in progress) and ITIL certifications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Warfare Systems, Engineering or a related technical field.
  • US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

  • Align program execution with strategic objectives of the business area and sector, ensuring consistent performance and operational cohesion across projects.
  • Lead and support capture and proposal activities, including shaping requirements, informing solution development, and contributing to competitive win strategies for both recompetes and new opportunities.
  • Drive on‑contract growth by identifying program expansion areas, enhancing delivery efficiency, and strengthening customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to leadership on program performance, governance, integration, operations, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring informed decision-making and enterprise visibility.
  • Represent the organization in high‑visibility forums, prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, and contribute to enterprise communication strategies and messaging.
  • Advance cybersecurity, IT, and operational readiness efforts drawing on deep experience in cyber operations, C4I, enterprise networks, and secure IT modernization.
  • Ensure excellence in cost, schedule, quality, compliance, and risk management across the portfolio, applying disciplined program management practices.
  • Improve cross‑program collaboration by streamlining communication channels, harmonizing processes, and enabling cohesive reporting and operational practices.
