About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the full program execution lifecycle and establish program rigor for a high-priority Department of War (DoW) contract. This individual will serve as the primary bridge between internal delivery teams and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) stakeholders, ensuring program cadence, schedule integrity, and risk posture remain in alignment with contract requirements. The right candidate thrives in complex, security-constrained environments and brings a track record of successful DoW program delivery.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (no exceptions).
  • 7+ years of DoW program management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream DoW programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (MS Project or equivalent).
  • Deep familiarity with DoW contract structures, CDRL management, and government reporting requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or similar Program Management certification.
  • Prior experience working directly with DISA as a contractor or government program manager.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies in a DoW context.
  • Experience supporting contract re-compete and business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) — maintain, update, and communicate program milestones, dependencies, and critical path status to all stakeholders.
  • Drive weekly program cadence including stand-ups, team meetings, and executive briefings; produce actionable meeting minutes and decision logs.
  • Lead risk management activities: identify, log, and develop mitigation strategies for program-level risks and issues in coordination with technical leads.
  • Align internal engineering, compliance, and product squads with DISA requirements, priorities, and evolving needs.
  • Manage contract deliverables, CDRLs, and reporting requirements; ensure on-time, compliant submissions to the government and prime.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns and internal team blockers; drive resolution with urgency.
  • Support proposal activities, contract modifications, and option year planning as required.
  • Maintain strong partnership with prime contractor, addressing issues and ensuring on-time performance.
