Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (required)
2–5 years of experience managing programs/projects for military or aerospace applications (required)
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project

Nice To Haves

PMP certification, Master’s degree, or MBA (advantage)
ERP/MRP experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring compliance with financial, technical, and contractual requirements
Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and contracts to meet goals for revenue, margin, and schedule
Develop and maintain budgets, capacity plans, and risk assessments
Drive resolution of technical issues, acceptance testing, and qualification testing for military/aerospace platforms
Cultivate new business opportunities within key accounts and support proposal efforts
Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and recovery plans
Ensure adherence to program objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
