About The Position

As a Senior Program Manager within Capital Group's Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will independently lead highly complex, cross-functional technology programs and initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes. You will partner with senior business leaders, technology directors, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic change, navigate ambiguity, and ensure successful execution of some of the firm's highest-priority initiatives. This role requires both exceptional delivery expertise and strong leadership capabilities, including governance, stakeholder management, and team development.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation, program management, or strategic change initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives across artificial intelligence, information security and risk, cloud computing, or other major technology transformation areas.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, build alignment and drive decisions across multiple functions and teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments while maintaining focus on priorities, outcomes, and execution.

Responsibilities
