In this role, you will be a strategic operational leader, managing complex programs or a portfolio of work, driving seamless cross-functional execution and achieving critical client objectives. You are expected to proactively identify and solve systemic challenges, not just program-level ones, setting a high standard for quality, mentorship, and operational innovation across the team.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of dedicated Program Management or Senior Project Management experience in an integrated creative agency or consulting setting, managing complex programs.
• Demonstrated maturity, composure, and emotional resilience when navigating high-pressure situations, conflict, or scope challenges, consistently modeling a proactive, solution-oriented mindset for the team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven aptitude for reading team dynamics, building trust, and adapting communication style to foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in large-scale resource management, budget forecasting, and advanced risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong aptitude for system design and process optimization.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Nice To Haves

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Continuously elevate the quality of our program execution to drive exceptional agency output and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Lead the creation and management of integrated program plans for complex work, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution and excellence in delivery.
• Champion the clear structure of roles, responsibilities, and operational efficiency across multiple simultaneous programs, mentoring others on best practices.
• Systematically and proactively evaluate program plans, resource allocation, and scope against shifting client and agency goals, leading adaptations and alignment.
• Serve as the escalation point for identifying critical risks, developing mitigation strategies, and consistently removing systemic roadblocks for the team.
• Proactively explore the evolving landscape through the lens of our agency teams, clients, and craft to make our contributions and the work stronger.
• Expertly navigate complex client and agency team dynamics, leveraging deep understanding to build operational plans that optimize collaboration and empower team success.
• Actively mentor junior staff on cultivating a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring lessons from successes and challenges drive repeatable future growth.
• Consistently evaluate risks versus potential benefits, championing bold creative ideas and developing actionable strategies to minimize risk while maximizing impact.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand Program Management's capabilities and act as a subject matter expert for the agency.
• Identify systemic organizational or program challenges; formulate and lead the implementation of agency-level solutions, drawing on the expertise of cross-functional leaders.
• Identify areas where innovation is needed within operations and lead experimentation with new tools, AI, and automation techniques that set A&G apart.
• Act as a natural motivator, fostering growth and development in others through strong partnership, coaching, and example.
• Be an A&G ambassador by championing culture, collaboration, A&G work, and adhering to processes.
• Model effective collaboration across all disciplines, proactively sharing knowledge and viewing responsibilities as shared for team success.
• Actively promote, support, and exemplify the agency's vision and values, helping to attract the very best talent.
• Invest in fostering the growth and development of other team members, educating them on the Program Management craft.
