Corus International is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as a key resource for our U.S. Government funded MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR) project. MIHR aims to improve maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) and nutrition outcomes in fragile and conflict-affected areas. This hybrid position is based at our headquarters in Washington, DC, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. The Senior Program Manager (SPM) functions as a highly visible individual contributor and applies their expertise in managing the project cycle for U.S. Government (USG)-funded global health projects across multiple countries, including Ebola response programming and core operations. The SPM provides programmatic guidance and operational management to ensure program goals, deliverables, and donor requirements are achieved. The SPM collaborates closely with colleagues across MIHR Headquarters and implementing countries to ensure project success. Working in partnership with the Grants and Compliance team, Finance, MIHR's Senior Technical Director, the MERL team, the Director of Programs, other Program Managers, and Chiefs of Parties in country, the SPM maintains a comprehensive understanding of country contexts, program design, implementation progress, and risk and results. The SPM may support other projects related to MNCH as new funding becomes available.
