About The Position

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of programs delivering critical capabilities to our defense and OEM clients within the maritime sector. This role specifically supports the planning, development, and delivery of mechanical actuation devices in support of the nation’s surface and sub-surface fleet and will require regular direct engagements with our customers – Newport News Shipbuilding and the U.S. Navy – as well as our principal suppliers. This role is ideal for a Program Manager with experience in the defense industry and familiarity with the proposal, execution, and financial metrics typically associated with defense programs. Familiarity with the U.S. Navy’s supplier management structure and processes is a plus. As the Senior Program Manager for Maritime Business, you will regularly interface with suppliers, key members of our customer base, and internal stakeholders at Honeywell Aerospace. You will be a critical contributor to proposal development and will be responsible for managing customer relationships through proactive communication that includes but is not limited to responsiveness to RFIs, RFPs, and management of all program deliverables. Your organization, strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential to the success of Honeywell Aerospace’s maritime programs.

Responsibilities
