About The Position

Coming Together to Connect Construction Construction is one of the world’s largest — and least digitized — industries. At Trackunit, we are on a mission to eliminate downtime and transform how machines, people, and systems connect across the globe. For more than 20 years, we’ve pioneered IoT solutions for construction. Today, we’re not only a market leader — we are shaping the digital agenda for the entire industry. Now we’re looking for a Senior IoT Device Program Manager to help lead the next generation of connected devices powering our ecosystem. The question is: Are you ready to build what the industry runs on? Reports to: Director of IoT Product Management The Role As Senior Program Manager, you will take a central leadership position in shaping and delivering Trackunit’s next-generation connected device portfolio. You operate at the intersection of hardware engineering, embedded software, mobile connectivity, cloud integration, and commercial strategy — ensuring that complex IoT programs translate into scalable, profitable, and industry-defining products. You will lead strategic device programs end-to-end, from early concept and architectural definition through development, launch, and lifecycle optimization. Working closely with engineering directors and cross-functional leaders, you will set direction, align stakeholders, and drive execution toward ambitious technical and business goals. This role requires both technical depth and strategic clarity. You must be comfortable navigating architecture discussions around connectivity, embedded platforms, security, and lifecycle management — while simultaneously evaluating market positioning, cost structures, and revenue impact.
