About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / Director with strong expertise in the US Healthcare domain to lead large-scale transformation and modernization programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent executive communication skills, strong leadership experience, and a proven track record managing complex healthcare programs involving business, technology, and global delivery teams.

Requirements

17+ years of overall IT experience.
8+ years of Program Management / Delivery Management experience.
Strong experience in the US Healthcare domain.
Experience with one or more of the following: Healthcare Provider, Medicaid, MMIS, Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Healthcare Digital Transformation
Proven experience managing large transformation / modernization programs.
Strong experience managing global delivery models with onsite/offshore teams.
Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder, customer, people, budget, and risk management experience.
Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, business sponsors, SMEs, and technical leadership.

Nice To Haves

Candidates with exposure to modern digital technologies are preferred, including: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Digital Platforms, Cloud Technologies, API / Integration Technologies, Enterprise Application Modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex US Healthcare programs across digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Conduct executive reviews, steering committee meetings, governance forums, and status reviews with senior leadership.
Serve as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, customer leadership, business sponsors, and delivery teams.
Manage large-scale programs using Global Delivery Model execution.
Own program scope, schedule, budget, delivery quality, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SMEs, technology teams, vendors, and offshore/onsite delivery teams.
Drive program governance, reporting, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure delivery adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on program requirements.
Lead modernization initiatives within digital healthcare platforms and applications.
Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Build strong relationships with business sponsors and customer leadership.
