About The Position

The Senior ESG Program Manager supports and advances key ESG programs at ADI by translating regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal priorities into structured, repeatable processes and deliverables. This role leads and coordinates complex cross-functional work across areas such as product carbon foot printing, Scope 3 reporting support, target modeling, audits, and regulatory compliance activities. The person in this role uses sound judgment to manage multiple priorities, interpret evolving requirements, and drive progress across stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution discipline. This role reports to the Head of ESG & Human Rights and works closely with teams across the business to help operationalize ADI’s ESG commitments.

Requirements

GHG Accounting Expertise: Direct experience with greenhouse gas accounting, including working knowledge of the GHG Protocol and its practical application in a business setting.
Program Management: Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with strong attention to timelines, dependencies, and deliverable quality.
Regulatory and Compliance Interpretation: Ability to interpret environmental, sustainability, or compliance-related requirements and translate them into practical processes, actions, and documentation.
Audit and Assessment Support: Experience supporting audits, assessments, certifications, or compliance programs, including evidence collection, documentation review, and follow-through.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work across functions, build alignment, and coordinate contributors in a matrixed environment.
Written Communication and Documentation: Ability to create clear procedures, work instructions, trackers, and presentation materials for a range of internal and external audiences.
Judgment and Execution Discipline: Demonstrated ability to manage detail-heavy work, balance competing priorities, and identify when issues or risks should be elevated.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 4+ years of related experience.
4–8 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental compliance, supply chain compliance, program management, or related field.
Experience with product carbon foot printing, Scope 3 reporting, supplier engagement, or ESG reporting processes.
Familiarity with RBA audits, customer sustainability requests, or global environmental compliance expectations.
Experience working in a cross-functional, operational, or manufacturing-oriented environment.
Preference for candidates local to Analog Devices headquarters in Wilmington, Massachusetts, though strong remote candidates will also be considered. No relocation is available for this position.

Responsibilities

Lead ADI’s product carbon footprint work, including maintaining and improving the model, coordinating inputs across functions, and aligning outputs to external expectations such as ISO standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate ESG and sustainability initiatives across multiple other internal functions to support timely, effective execution of program requirements.
Support Scope 3 reporting with multiple stakeholders, ensuring consistency, quality, and readiness of deliverables.
Lead or support efforts to model sustainability targets, including potential outcomes, impacts, and opportunities.
Support audits and assessments, including RBA, ISO, and other efforts, including preparation guidance, documentation, and direct support with auditors.
Manage customer engagements for PCF and other related topics, ensuring information provided is accurate and defendable.
Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, trackers, and other documentation that strengthen repeatability, clarity, and program operationalization.
Manage project timelines, action items, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams, escalating risks and gaps as needed to support program delivery.
