We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with approximately 15+ years of experience to lead a high-profile Microsoft Copilot implementation within a public sector environment. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running from week one, bringing strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives. Experience working with public sector organizations and navigating diverse stakeholder groups is essential.

Requirements

• 15+ years of program/project management experience.
• Previous public sector experience.
• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to quickly assess the environment and deliver value immediately.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or enterprise AI implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a Microsoft Copilot implementation program.
