About The Position

This role will be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Senior Program Manager leads communications and engagement for Talent Acquisition, partnering closely with TA leadership to translate business priorities into clear, structured, and engaging narratives that drive alignment and impact across a global organization. This role sits within the TA front office and plays a key role in shaping how the function communicates, connects, and shows up at scale. The Senior Program Manager brings structure, clarity, and consistency to how information is shared, ensuring messaging is intentional, audience-specific, and effective.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition communications, program/project management, operations, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Partner with TA leadership to translate priorities, initiatives, and organizational updates into clear, cohesive narratives
  • Shape messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across audiences, with a strong understanding of global nuance
  • Help leadership communicate more effectively by refining content, structure, and delivery across forums
  • Own and continuously improve TA’s core communication channels (e.g., newsletters, org-wide updates, recurring communications)
  • Establish clear cadence, structure, and standards for how and when communications are delivered
  • Drive improvements in signal-to-noise by simplifying and streamlining communications across the organization
  • Lead planning and execution of key engagement forums and in-person experiences, including All Hands, manager meetings, leadership communications, and team events
  • Design content and experiences that are structured, engaging, and aligned to the intended audience
  • Bring thoughtful ideas for how to enhance engagement across a distributed, global team
  • Drive end-to-end execution of communications and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timelines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support launches with clear and cohesive communication plans
  • Bring structure, organization, and follow-through across all workstreams
  • Act as a trusted partner to TA leadership by translating direction into actionable communication strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Executive Communications, Marketing, leadership teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure a unified approach across internal and external engagement opportunities
  • Influence outcomes across stakeholders without direct authority
  • Establish processes for tracking communications, engagement, and effectiveness
  • Continuously assess what is working and refine approaches to improve clarity, reach, and impact
  • Maintain a high quality bar across all content, channels, and experiences
