Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Typically 5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale datasets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to address business challenges.
Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define analytical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Communicate findings and recommendations through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities, methodologies, and best practices.
Support the evaluation and implementation of emerging data science tools and technologies.
