About The Position

PotomacWave is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. This role serves as an intelligence program management support specialist, integral to developing and managing the organization's comprehensive policy framework. The analyst will contribute to the creation, review, and coordination of critical organizational policies, working closely with various departments and senior leadership to support strategic initiatives. The goal is to ensure policy alignment, accessibility, and compliance across diverse subject areas.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years of directly related experience performing administrative support functions specialized within the U.S. Government intelligence/counterintelligence, military, law enforcement, or similar communities
• Highly organized and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in word processing and desktop publishing application software and hardware, including Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a business-related field required
• Must have an active DOE Q or Top-Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the drafting, review, and approval process for organizational policies and guidance documents, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts and senior leadership, to gather input, build consensus, and drive policy initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the organization's policy repository, ensuring documents are current, accessible, and user-friendly, and support the overall policy lifecycle.
• Provide essential support for policy-related processes, including managing data calls, responding to information requests, and contributing to ongoing policy system improvements.
