General Motors is seeking a strategic, hands-on individual contributor to help define and deliver the future of Program Intelligence, analytics, and AI across the Program Management organization. This role sits at the intersection of data strategy, storytelling, and portfolio execution, enabling senior leadership to make faster, smarter decisions through high-quality, actionable insights. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the Program Intelligence strategy, building scalable data products (dashboards, AI Agents, and analytics pipelines) and ensuring that information is consistent, trusted, and decision-ready. They will work directly with PMO leaders and cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-impact customer-facing tools (AI Agents, Webapps, etc.) and narratives that connect data to business outcomes. This role is crucial as GM’s vehicle portfolio evolves, demanding sharper insight and tighter alignment across the enterprise, helping to define how GM measures what matters and turning data into the connective tissue between strategy, capacity, and execution.
