Samaritan Daytop Village is a leading human services organization in New York State, serving over 38,000 New Yorkers annually across more than 60 locations through Transitional Housing, Community Based Services, and Residential and Outpatient programs. The Transitional Housing division operates over 30 programs for single adults and families experiencing homelessness across all five boroughs of New York City. The Senior Program Director provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for a portfolio of transitional housing facilities. This role focuses on mentoring a team of Program Directors, ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites, and aligning performance with agency-wide goals. By bridging the gap between executive leadership and site operations, the Senior Program Director ensures that all programs provide safe, high-quality care while maintaining full regulatory compliance and a dedicated, well-supported workforce. The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership experience within the NYC Department of Homeless Services or similar programs, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex sites simultaneously.
