About The Position

As the Senior Program Delivery Manager for Expressions on the Amazon GREF account, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a program that brings art, culture, and community engagement to Amazon's workplace. Reporting to the Senior Program Delivery Manager, GREF Activations and leading an expert delivery team, this role balances program management expertise with creative vision and customer obsession. You will build partnerships with cross-campus programming teams, community organizations, and cultural institutions to enhance program offerings while serving as a leader on the GREF Activations team by connecting Expressions programming into broader workplace initiatives and seeking operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Twelve (12) or more years of program management experience in real estate, community engagement, strategic partnerships, hospitality, or related fields with demonstrated success leading complex initiatives in corporate environments
  • Proven artistic knowledge and cultural literacy with the ability to lead a team of creative professionals operating in a corporate environment while balancing creative vision with business objectives
  • Strong business acumen including experience with corporate infrastructure, systems management, and organizational dynamics within large organizations with ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Extensive budget management experience including forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation with accountability for program-level budgets and demonstrated fiscal responsibility
  • Proactive, hands-on leadership style with willingness to support team members and lead by example in delivering results while empowering others to excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams using appropriate tone and data-driven insights
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, high-profile corporate environments where agility, professionalism, and client service are essential to program success
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new technology platforms to support program operations and reporting
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving implementation without requiring constant direction.

  • Knowledge of Facilities Management processes, real estate operations, or workplace services delivery models with understanding of how cultural programming integrates with broader workplace strategies
  • Background in arts administration, museum programming, gallery management, or cultural institution leadership demonstrating deep understanding of curatorial practices and arts programming
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools that support structured program delivery and team coordination including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, or operational frameworks that drive consistency and enable scaling across multiple sites or regions
  • Track record of building partnerships with external organizations including nonprofits, cultural institutions, and community organizations to create innovative programming that enriches workplace culture
  • Experience with procurement processes and vendor management in corporate environments with ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
  • Background supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through cultural programming with understanding of how art and culture foster belonging
  • Experience with change management principles and ability to support organizational transitions related to workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Knowledge of data analytics and ability to leverage metrics to inform programming decisions, demonstrate ROI, and drive strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations and strategy for the AMER Expressions program, ensuring alignment with cultural services portfolio strategy, maintaining program health, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive program management
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes that enable consistent program delivery and support scaling across regions including creating frameworks, templates, and operational guidelines
  • Oversee team performance and development across the region, providing mentorship and leadership that empowers team members to deliver strong results while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Own budget planning, forecasting, and financial management for the Expressions program, ensuring frugality while maximizing program impact and value through strategic resource allocation
  • Manage day-to-day expense tracking and reconciliation for the Expressions program while ensuring financial accountability and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
  • Lead special initiatives including site expansions and new creative space opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative workplace experiences
  • Prepare and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and metrics reporting that demonstrate program performance, impact, and continuous improvement
  • Build partnerships with cross-campus programming teams, community organizations, and cultural institutions to enhance program offerings and create meaningful workplace experiences
  • Serve as a leader on the GREF Activations team by finding ways to connect Expressions programming into broader workplace initiatives and seeking operational improvements to program delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency through data analysis, feedback collection, and process refinement.
