Senior Program Analyst
About The Position
MetaPhase is supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Infrastructure Security Division (ISD) School Safety Task Force (SSTF). The SSTF plays a critical role in a whole-of-government initiative to support K-12 schools throughout the United States. SSTF serves as a hub (through SchoolSafety.gov) for product development, training, guidance, and tools with a broad and diverse set of K-12 schools and related stakeholder groups across the nation. DHS CISA ISD SSTF is taking steps to mature the Federal School Safety Clearinghouse through the development of new evidence- based products. This will be accomplished by standardizing evaluation methodology, supported by a repeatable data analytics approach, and operationalized through training and surveys. In support of this project, MetaPhase is seeking a Senior Program Analyst with 10+ years of relevant experience in education, product development, training outreach, and communications.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of outreach, communications, and writing within management and/or government consulting
- Strong English language writing skills, communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and track multiple complex tasks
- Expertise in outreach, communications, and education best practices
- Expertise in product and training development
- Expertise with guidelines such as CISA Style Guide, Section 508 and Plain Writing Act
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required)

Responsibilities
- New educational/outreach product development, enhancement, management, and content creation
- Manage logistics for SSTF Meetings, engagements, and taskings
- Edit products and manage records within CISA, 508, and Plain Language guidelines
- Develop media and graphics through various tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, MS Suite
- Develop video, audio, infographics, communications plans, talking points, briefings
- Assess stakeholder needs, lead process improvement efforts
