About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Sr Program Analyst to support the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Division located at NSWC Crane, Indiana. The Sr Program Analyst provides critical operational, financial, and administrative support to the Program Management Office (PMO). This role acts as a primary coordinator for tracking program health, managing financial pipelines, facilitating contract deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication between the SAIC technical teams, program management leadership, and government stakeholders.

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related technical discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling) and Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across multi-disciplinary engineering and management teams.
• Obtain/Maintain Secret clearance.

• Experience with DoD funding processes (MIPRs, 7600A/B) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program funding, track 7600/MIPR funding processes, analyze burn rates, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Coordinate the development, quality review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Assist Task Order Leads with tracking project milestones, managing schedules, and coordinating critical task orders (e.g., specialized hardware/software upgrades).
• Prepare executive briefings, coordinate bi-weekly pipeline and growth reviews, and document meeting outcomes.
• Maintain and update program tracking sheets, action item logs, and risk registers.
• Collaborate with Finance and Subcontract Administrators to monitor subcontractor execution and billing alignment.
• Draft, format, and organize program documentation, ensuring compliance with SAIC and customer standards.
• Coordinate program reviews, scheduling meetings, setting agendas, and capturing action items for follow-up.
