About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our Construction Management team in Atlanta, GA . Your role Compile and prepare monthly reimbursement requests for agreements with other agencies (GDOT, SRTA-GTIB, CIDs, Municipalities, etc.). Utilize QuickBooks, GDOT CMIS and ProjectWise to record and transmit reimbursement requests. Submit supporting documentation and respond to funding agency inquiries. Prepare, manage, and update annual program budgets. Perform program fund close-outs. Process and track Program Budget Modifications (PJ Mods). Review revenues and expenditures to ensure fund balance and budget compliance. Conduct financial analysis for capital improvement and public facility projects. Prepare fiscal year-end financial and management reports including: CIP Projects Placed in Service Annual Accounts Receivable Report SEFA (Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards) reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in governmental accounting, grants administration, budget analysis, or contract administration
  • Knowledge of grant reimbursement processes and financial compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, ERP systems)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with governmental fund accounting and capital improvement programs
  • Experience with capital funding programs
  • Experience with GDOT funding systems (CMIS, ProjectWise)
  • Knowledge of SEFA reporting and federal/state grant compliance
