About The Position

Ataero is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support H-53 flight-test planning and coordination for NAVAIR’s PMA-261. This role connects program-office priorities with developmental and operational test activities supporting the CH-53E and CH-53K. The analyst helps align test requirements, aircraft configurations, schedules and reporting with capability delivery and fleet readiness. Ataero is a Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business which is ISO compliant, offering a broad range of technical services and aviation operations. They specialize in ITAR-compliant technology services, Course Development, Training and Simulation sales and services, and provide Subject Matter Expertise in manned and unmanned aviation systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Electronic Warfare, Information Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and Logistics.

Requirements

  • MA or MS degree.
  • More than 10 years of experience performing program, project or management analysis duties relevant to this position.

Nice To Haves

  • At least five years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD developmental and operational test-pilot duties and/or test planning.
  • Additional program management experience within a PMA structure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency in iTEST and iREPORT, with the ability to coordinate flight-test requirements within a program office’s IPTs.

Responsibilities

  • Support developmental and operational test planning, including requirements tracking, test milestones and readiness-review documentation.
  • Coordinate flight-test requirements among PMA-261 IPTs, test leadership and participating organizations, including Air Test and Evaluation Squadron 21 (HX-21), as assigned.
  • Help identify aircraft, configuration, instrumentation and support-resource needs; track dependencies that affect test readiness and execution.
  • Use iTEST and iREPORT to support test planning, coordination and reporting within the program-office workflow.
  • Prepare test-status briefings, track actions and issues, and summarize schedule and resource impacts for program leadership.
  • Coordinate test results and follow-up actions with engineering and program stakeholders to support capability integration and fleet implementation.
