Sr Production Technician (3rd Shift)
About The Position
The Senior Production Technician supports the team in meeting daily production goals established by facility team leaders and management. The role performs assigned processes, calibration, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and conformance testing to produce quality prescription eyewear in accordance with work instructions. The technician maintains a clean and safe work area, identifies quality, process, and workflow problems, and segregates non-conforming product or material. The position may work at Associate, Production, and Senior Technician levels within surface and/or bench as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience at the Production Technician level.
- Highest training status available in 5 qualified functions, including at least 2 Senior Production Technician-level functions, 1 Production Technician-level function or higher, and 2 Associate Production Technician-level functions or higher.
