Requirements

  • Bilingual: French and English
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Hold an AEC or DEC in an audiovisual field
  • Good knowledge of Networking, Camera Control Rooms, LED Screens, Projectors, Media Servers, Rigging, Cable Management
  • Flexible with work schedule
  • Able to travel to different sites
  • Autonomy, team and priority management

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of VectorWorks and Autocad software (an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the setup and teardown of technical equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is properly installed and adheres to the plan.
  • Maintain the safety of technical installations at all times.
  • Adhere to and promote Solotech's procedures and rules regarding equipment handling and management.
  • Resolve simple technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other involved departments.
  • May be required to operate technical equipment.
  • May be responsible for ensuring the smooth technical operation during the event.
  • Acts as a point of reference for a client for a given event.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the team leader.
