About The Position

TRG Cincinnati, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Production Supervisor in Milford, OH, on the 1st shift. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the production lines and oversees the daily job functions of employees to ensure each job is completed correctly and in a timely manner. The 1st shift hours are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for additional hours, including weekends, depending on business needs. Responsibilities

  • Read and follow instructions as provided by Production Manager.
  • Assist in setup and tear-down of line components as needed.
  • Lead and work together with crew/team in “assembly line” projects.
  • Allocate personnel to maximize piece-rate speed on tasks assigned.
  • Adhere to production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
  • Accurately report/track assembly information to include materials consumed, materials returned to stock, and materials damaged.
  • Monitor quality, including, but not limited to: Quantity of components, tears, item identification, food safety, line clearance, expiration dates, and lot control.
  • Inform Production Manager of any needed materials or material running low.
  • Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs, be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Practice safe work habits at all times and set the example for all production workers.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintaining good housekeeping.
  • Cross-train for other job positions as necessary and switch duties as needed.
  • Ability to move to other shifts to aid in training.
  • Ability to work overtime as the job requires.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
