About The Position

Join us as a Senior Production Supervisor at our Kansas City plant, where you will lead production associates and help deliver strong results across safety, quality, service, cost, and people development. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities for your assigned shift, support team capability, and help ensure our operations run safely and efficiently. You will partner closely with plant leadership, maintenance, quality, and other cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve performance, and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with significant relevant manufacturing experience.
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accountability, execution, and results.
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives, project work, or root cause problem-solving.
Knowledge of safety, quality, food safety, or manufacturing compliance programs and processes.
Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Direct production activities for your assigned shift, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production goals, standards, procedures, and cost expectations.
Champion people safety and food safety by reinforcing standards, supporting compliance, and helping identify and address risks before they impact the operation.
Use root cause analysis and problem-solving tools to resolve operational issues, reduce downtime, and identify best practices across safety, quality, production, and equipment performance.
Coach, support, and develop team members while building a culture of accountability, ownership, and strong execution.
Lead and support projects that drive operational improvements, communicate priorities clearly, and help employees understand how their work connects to broader plant objectives.
