We are seeking a Senior Production/Quality Analyst who will support missile production efforts. In this role, you will perform First Article Inspections (FAI), Quality Audits, Manufacturing Process Reviews, and Material Review Board activities for designated customers. You will conduct quality inspections in a manufacturing environment and is responsible for reviewing and reporting audit results while working independently. This position operates in a fast‑paced environment and engages with various levels of stakeholders to ensure that hardware meets the needs of its intended users.

Requirements

• ABET accredited BS in an Engineering discipline, or BS in a related field
• 10 year's production experience in a manufacturing, reliability and/or quality position
• Some travel
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain DoW security clearance

Nice To Haves

• AS9100 Certification
• Supplier and/or Quality Management systems experience
• Experience with Rocket Motor, Warhead, and Missile Assembly
