About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role involves operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and supporting efficient production processes. The position is located in Norwalk, Ohio, and offers a choice of second or third shift. Second shift runs Monday through Thursday, 1:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., with possible Friday overtime. Third shift runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m., with possible Sunday overtime.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is required; senior-level experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment, follow work instructions, and troubleshoot basic production issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience.
• Familiarity with inventory or production systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Identify equipment or production issues and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete required production documentation.
• Assist with material handling and support overall team productivity.
