Your Opportunity is Here with HSM•High Point, NC

About The Position

The Senior Production Manager leads production operations across multiple product streams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. It sets expectations and accountability across production supervisors and leadership teams, and applies lean manufacturing and structured problem solving to improve throughput, reduce waste, and control costs. The position improves production flow across manual, semi-automated, and engineered manufacturing processes; strengthens daily management and performance tracking; and partners with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Engineering to address operational barriers and improve plant performance. It supports new program launches, production transitions, and capacity increases, while reinforcing process controls, defect prevention, and audit readiness. The manager develops frontline leaders and engaged production teams, and upholds HSM quality, environmental, and safety standards, including applicable ISO, IATF, VDA, and OSHA/EHS requirements. Limited travel may be required to support initiatives across multiple sites, program launches, and operational alignment.
