About The Position

TCW Trends, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager in Apparel. This is a key leadership role overseeing the full Product Development and emphasis and detailing of the Production lifecycle, managing both the domestic team and our overseas partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep apparel production expertise, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to lead a fast-moving team with clarity, confidence, and a sharp sense of risk assessment.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in apparel production, with at least 7+ years in a senior or managerial role.
Strong understanding of product development, sourcing, costing, and full production lifecycle.
Proven experience managing overseas vendors and factories (Asia, South Asia, or similar regions).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in production systems, WIP tracking, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire Product Development and Production Team, ensuring smooth workflow from concept through final delivery.
Manage daily communication with overseas production teams, ensuring alignment on timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
Lead sourcing efforts for fabrics, trims, and raw materials; identify new vendors and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, factories, and suppliers, ensuring accountability and on-time performance.
Review and approve production calendars, WIP reports, costing sheets, and T&A milestones.
Troubleshoot production issues, delays, and quality concerns with urgency, accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, and QA to ensure product accuracy, brand standards, and timely execution.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the production team to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
