Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• 7+ years experience in production design within a fast-paced agency or in-house studio
• Exceptional attention to detail, typography, layout, spacing, and execution must be airtight
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Retail and campaign production experience, understands real-world application, not just concept
• Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset, thrives in ambiguity and quick pivots

Responsibilities

• Elevates execution quality, and brings strong, creative ideas that translate brand direction into high-performing content.
• Taking the "hero concept" and putting it into production.
• Creating a brand coherence
• Own and manage the end-to-end production of all studio deliverables
• Execute high-volume design work across retail, marketing, campaigns, and digital platforms
• Translate creative direction into pixel-perfect, production-ready assets
• Maintain consistency across assets, formats, and brand systems
• Work closely with creative, account, and project management teams to hit tight timelines
• Identify efficiencies, improve workflows, and keep things moving without sacrificing quality
