Senior Product Support Integration Specialist
About The Position
The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services E-7A Product Support Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Support Integration Specialist. This position is based in Tukwila, WA and will report directly to the BGS E-7A Sustainment Chief Engineer. Primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership to the Product Support Engineering Team and be the primary interface for supporting execution of the USAF E-7A Product Support work statement. The BGS E-7A Product Support team is a growing team, and the USAF E-7A Program is very early in its lifecycle, so this is an exciting opportunity to really shape the future of E-7A sustainment.
Requirements
- Experience in military commercial derivative aircraft programs
- 3+ years of experience interacting with US government customers at the operational level
- 3+ years of experience working with aircraft systems
- Experience in a role that required creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, strong collaborative skills, strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Responsibilities
- Oversee establishment of USAF E-7A support requirements, cost, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans
- Review program and engineering change proposals and consult on the assessment of product support impact
- Represent USAF E-7A Product Support in engineering and safety review boards
- Monitoring execution of the USAF E-7A Product Support work statement
- Provide Design for Supportability influence and represent the customer's sustainment perspective
- Champion the research and development of new Services and Support technologies to enhance competitive advantage
