Role Overview Leads complex initiatives for In-Office Services, including Print, Audio/Visual and End User technology such as Workstations, peripherals, etc. Acts as a senior individual contributor responsible for bridging the gaps between the stakeholders’ needs and the In-Office Services capabilities and aligning the initiatives to enterprise standards and governance. Partners with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, and vendors to turn strategy and future‑state vision into executable plans that reduce cycle time, minimize rework, and improve reliability for the Business Units and team members.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, operations, or business transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Ability to drive alignment, clarity, and accountability across matrixed teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written skills.
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise materials for senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into actionable technical and business requirements .
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating dependencies and sequencing work across teams.
  • Strong attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in complex processes.
  • Collaborative, customer‑focused, and solution‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provides program leadership for In-Office Services initiatives serving as the primary point of accountability for aligning onboarding initiatives to enterprise standards, governance, priorities, and sequencing.
  • Partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, Business Units, and vendors to coordinate workstreams, dependencies, risks, escalations, and delivery milestones across all In-Office Services initiatives, including Print, Workstations and Video Conferencing to provided tailored solutions.
  • Translates strategy, enterprise direction, and future‑state vision into executable plans , including defining requirements, developing phased roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives that improve the end user experience, drives consistency, and scalability.
  • Developing and implementing business solutions that improve performance.
  • Supports governance and leadership decision‑making and change readiness , including preparing executive‑ready materials, surfacing risks and trade‑offs, and ensuring operational teams are prepared to adopt and sustain onboarding improvements.
