Senior Product Owner (ServiceNow Transformation)
About The Position
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Owner with 6+ years of product ownership/IT experience and strong experience driving enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, building and executing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and translating business requirements into actionable features and user stories. This role requires someone who has actually leveraged ServiceNow to transform business processes, rather than someone with ServiceNow exposure limited to administration or development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Owner, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, IT, or related experience; or 4+ years of direct Product Owner experience.
- Strong hands-on Product Owner experience with roadmaps, features, backlogs, and user stories.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementation from the Product Owner/business transformation perspective.
- Experience with: ServiceNow CSM, ServiceNow ITSM, CRM capabilities, Service Catalog, Service Requests, Customer/Self-Service Portals, Knowledge Management, AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience translating business needs and current-state processes into future-state ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working with large, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, features, and backlog.
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering.
- Translate current-state business processes into future-state ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive enterprise-level implementation of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Develop and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Partner with technical, business, and delivery teams to drive implementation.
- Present product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive-level stakeholders.
- Work with large, cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Support business transformation across ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and CRM capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled ServiceNow features and improve customer/self-service experiences.
