  • Proven B2B SaaS background — you understand enterprise customer needs and release cycles
  • Proven delivery and commercialization of AI features in a SaaS product
  • Proven transformation of product development processes to leverage agentic workflows for discovery, requirements definition, prototyping, engineering handoffs, and stakeholder management/communications
  • Expert at writing user stories and acceptance criteria that development teams love
  • Strong facilitation skills across Scrum ceremonies
  • Comfortable working in sprint-based delivery with cross-functional remote teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a complex backlog across multiple workstreams
  • Clear communicator who can translate between business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Strong ability to secure engineering commitment and drive execution discipline without direct authority

  • Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity
  • Identify opportunities to embed agentic workflows into the product — from intelligent automation of compliance checks to AI-assisted user experiences
  • Actively use AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle — from discovery and story writing to sprint planning and release documentation — to move faster and raise the quality bar
  • Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with the PM team to break down strategic initiatives into actionable backlog items
  • Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and manage sprint releases
  • Gather and synthesize input from customer success, support, and stakeholders to inform backlog priorities
  • Track and communicate sprint progress, surface blockers, and drive resolution quickly
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the product and advocate for a consistent, high-quality user experience
