About The Position

The Senior Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Senior Product Owner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Product Owner will support the Legacy and modernization of various subprojects withing the CCM Connect Framework. This individual maximizes value of products created by the Agile team. This individual liaises with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. This individual serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on a development team as a product and/or process owner
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on user acceptance testing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with ADO or Jira Align
  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

  • Define and prioritize product backlog items to ensure understanding of our goals and customer needs.
  • Develop an understanding of our customer needs and performance metrics to inform product decisions and maximize value.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
  • Write well-crafted user stories that are clear, concise and capture requirements from the end user’s perspective.
  • Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
  • Develop product roadmaps, release plans, and go-to-market strategies.
