About The Position

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to serve as the execution leader for critical projects, product level enhancements, and defect remediation. This role demands mastery of Agile practices, exceptional backlog management, and the ability to drive multiple dedicated development teams toward timely, high-quality delivery. You will be the tactical powerhouse ensuring our product vision is translated into working software. The Senior Product Owner is the definitive authority on the day-to-day execution of the development process. You will focus intensely on maximizing the flow of value delivered by the development teams, managing cross-team dependencies, and ensuring technical details and acceptance criteria are flawless.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of dedicated experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-execution environment, specifically managing complex software products.
  • Master-level understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum principles; proven ability to drive a team's day-to-day execution effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria; a demonstrated obsession with quality and clear documentation.
  • Strong background or foundational knowledge in software development processes, system integrations, and data flows to effectively guide technical decision-making.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical details and complex trade-offs clearly and precisely to engineering teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own, prioritize and refine the product backlog for multiple teams, ensuring items are clearly defined, detailed, and ordered to maximize business value.
  • Write exceptionally clear, concise, and detailed epic specs user stories and acceptance criteria for complex features, leaving no ambiguity for the development teams.
  • Work closely with technical leads and architects to understand technical constraints, resource requirements, and prioritization of features against technical debt.
  • Be the sole decision maker for accepting or rejecting product level enhancements, holding the team accountable for meeting the definition of done and high-quality standard before any release.
  • Partner with engineers to define clear, achievable goals and lead all key ceremonies to maintain team focus, momentum, and alignment.
  • Monitor key metrics and work with team to continuously identify and remove execution impediments and bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand strategy and bring enhancements to life from the ground up.
