About The Position

Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, survey solutions, scheduling & labour management, and time & attendance built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environments. We support hotels, restaurants, casinos, and more with our innovative web-based and mobile software suite. We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to drive product delivery by translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and managing the product backlog. You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure high-quality execution and strong customer adoption. You will bring strong experience with workforce management systems, a solid understanding of scheduling and labor workflows, and hands-on Agile experience, with a path toward a Product Manager role.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Owner / BA / Implementation / CSM roles
  • Experience with UKG / Kronos or similar WFM systems is a must
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, time & attendance, labor workflows
  • Hands-on with Agile teams, backlog management, Jira (or similar)
  • Experience working with remote/distributed teams (US and international)
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with engineering on integrations, workflows, APIs
  • Experience supporting demos, customer conversations, and value articulation alongside CS/Support
  • Takes ownership and moves things forward without waiting
  • Can turn ambiguity into clear, buildable work quickly
  • Has seen how products behave in real customer environments
  • Wants to grow into a Product Manager role over time

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel operations / GM experience with exposure to workforce or scheduling systems will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, including defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on business value
  • Translate product direction into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Drive agile delivery by partnering with engineering teams and sprint planning execution and support execution; unblock teams and drive delivery
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and remote teams (US and global) to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with CSM, support, and implementation teams to demo features, validate workflows, and ensure value is clearly articulated to customers
  • Create and maintain clear documentation (flows, FAQs, best practices, data/process diagrams) for internal and client use
  • Monitor and drive key success metrics including product readiness, delivery pipeline, customer adoption, and revenue impact
  • Leverage customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights to inform decisions and improve product performance
  • Bring structure to ambiguity, and turn ideas into shippable work quickly
  • Start owning small product areas end-to-end (path toward PM)
