About The Position

AGDATA is seeking an experienced Sr Product Owner to work closely with product, data science, engineering, and operations teams to extend our Channel & Marketing Activation product line. A major part of this role is ensuring analytics are embedded directly into activation workflows—so data moves from Foundation → Trust → Insight → Action and drives decisions, next-best actions, and measurable program outcomes. You must be able to look at the big picture from both business and technology perspective, possess strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills. At AGDATA, you will work on platforms that power data-driven decision-making for global agriculture and animal health clients. You will have the opportunity to influence foundational capabilities, modernize data and analytics practices, and operate as a true product owner with end-to-end accountability.

  • Able to balance analytical depth with pragmatic product delivery.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business problems into measurable analytics outcomes and roadmap priorities.
  • Champion experimentation, learning, and iteration in how analytics are delivered and consumed.
