As a Senior Product Owner - Investment Systems & Infrastructure within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will be a key contributor towards the strategic goals of the Investment Systems & Infrastructure Team (ISI) focused on developing and modernizing the Investment Workstation used by our client facing investment professionals in AMG. This includes the introduction of new vendor tools as well as the modernization and transformation of existing PNC developed applications. The ISI team offers a fast-paced, multi-priority opportunity for this person to grow their investment technology career and continue the entrepreneurial spirit of ISI. Core responsibilities include:

Leading key investment workstation initiatives

Accountability for developing operational processes and training in new and existing technologies

Providing effective communication and delegation within multiple projects

Establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners

Providing ongoing support and training to investment professionals

Generating new and innovative ideas for process improvement and solutions to business challenges

Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
• Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading an Agile Team in the Investment Management space
• General understanding of software and technology development, including APIs and User Interface applications
• Investment management operations experience
• Familiarity with trade proposal, execution and workflows
• Familiarity with risk, regulatory and compliance issues related to investment management

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and definition of the product.
• Serves as the voice of the Customer.
• Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
• Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value.
• Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog.
• Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value.
• Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process.
• Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
• Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s).
• Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
