Requirements

Bachelor’ s d egree in I nfor ma tion S y s tem s , Cyber s ecurity , relate d fiel d or equivalent work experience require d
Five (5) or more year s of relevant experience require d .
Experience in pro d uct owner s hip, pro d uct ma nagement, cyber s ecurity, or technology d elivery, inclu d ing d emon s trate d experience lea d ing complex pro d uct s or capability portfolio s acro s s multiple team s highly preferre d .
Experience s upporting s ecurity operation s , Inci d ent D etection an d Re s pon s e (I D R), Threat Intelligence an d Operation s , Threat an d Vulnerability Ma nagement (TVM), s ecurity d ata an d analytic s , or cyber auto ma tion s trongly preferre d .
Proven ability to d efine an d d eliver pro d uct roa d ma p s for complex cyber s ecurity or technology capabilitie s , integrating u s er nee d s , operational d ata, cyber-ri s k in s ight s , technical d epen d encie s , an d bu s ine s s objective s into mea s urable outcome s preferre d .
S trong working knowle d ge of s ecurity operation s an d expo s ure- ma nagement capabilitie s , inclu d ing S IEM, S OAR, threat intelligence platform s , en d point an d network telemetry, vulnerability s canning an d prioritization, ca s e ma nagement, d ata integration s , auto ma tion, analytic s , an d reporting preferre d .
Experience d riving a d option an d organizational change for cyber s ecurity capabilitie s acro s s cro s s -functional team s , inclu d ing new workflow s , d ata practice s , auto ma tion, an d d eci s ion framework s while ma intaining operational continuity preferred .

Responsibilities

Builds Cyber Fusion Center customer and internal facing products with superior user experience across multiple verticals ( Incident Detection and Response (IDR), Threat Intelligence and Operations, and Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) , accountable for an established or moderate complexity product.
Ensures alignment between teams to build and prioritize Cyber Fusion Center product roadmaps , plan releases, and align them with business objectives and cyber-risk outcomes .
Collaborates with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business representatives across IDR, Threat Intelligence and Operations, and TVM to address and resolve issues that arise during product development.
Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as IDR, Threat Intelligence and Operations, TVM, Research and Development, User Experience (UX), and business and operations teams, to align on product strategies, gather insights, and plan releases.
Identifies product-related issues across the Cyber Fusion Center , makes decisions and continuously does trade-off analyses to ensure development stays on track toward deliverable commitments.
Prioritizes the short-term feature backlog and releases across the Cyber Fusion Center , as well as the long-term product roadmap for Cyber Fusion Center products.
Conducts customer research, product discovery and synthesizes market factors into a cohesive Cyber Fusion Center product strategy.
Collaborates with customers to understand challenges & opportunities, applying analytics, orchestration, automation, and artificial intelligence where they improve cyber-risk reduction or operational effectiveness .
Collects quantitative data and takes a data driven approach to evaluate the viability of Cyber Fusion Center product initiatives.
Writes epics and stories to support completion of Cyber Fusion Center initiatives; ensures stories clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder ( analysts, investigators, threat specialists, vulnerability practitioners, and cyber leaders ) needs to meet key business objectives and strategies for the product; promotes Agile approaches to product development across teams/areas.
