The Senior Product Owner, AI is responsible defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, requirements, and release scope for software capabilities that improve usability, guidance, and workflow efficiency in high-content imaging. This role drives significant impact by giving the development team clear priorities, well-defined requirements, and actionable product decisions that support efficient engineering execution. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering and is part of the software engineering team located in Downingtown, PA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Product Backlog and Roadmap Ownership: Own the product backlog and roadmap for an AI-enabled guidance solution for microscopy workflows, ensuring the team is consistently working on the highest-value problems for customers and the business. Requirements Definition: Translate high-content imaging workflows, user feedback, and product strategy into Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are specific, testable, and ready for engineering execution. Cross-Functional Product Partnership: Work across AI, software engineering, application specialist, and product stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and guide release scope for new software capabilities that improve microscopy workflows. User Research and Workflow Insight: Conduct user research with laboratory customers, imaging specialists, and application specialists to identify workflow pain points, validate product direction, and convert feedback into prioritized product decisions. Release Readiness and Acceptance Testing: Lead release readiness and product acceptance testing activities by reviewing delivered behavior against acceptance criteria, supporting field enablement, and defining product-level success measures for adoption, workflow quality, and user trust.
