We’re seeking a Product Operations Manager to work directly with our Product and Engineering teams to build cross-functional processes, launch new products, and improve the way our teams work together to deliver value. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Operations and work closely with the CTO, VP of Product, and P&E leaders. The Product Operations Manager will be critical in building out the processes and insights that help support a high-performing product engineering organization and build a world-class product. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter. The Product Operations Manager will support all things product & engineering operations, working both tactically and strategically to ensure everything runs smoothly, while driving improvements in the way we work. We’re looking for a structured, data-driven builder who excels at relationship building, problem solving, and helping teams navigate the change that comes with scaling.
