Guild
$132,500 - $200,000Remote

About The Position

Guild is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager, AI & Systems, reporting to the VP of Product. We're looking for someone energized by building and refining operational systems, strengthening AI-enabled workflows, spotting and removing friction, and setting and communicating clear operational standards that help our product organization move faster. The ideal candidate is a systems-minded operator with a passion for AI, a knack for turning ideas into scalable solutions, strong communication instincts, and a data-driven approach to solving problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate roadmaps, priorities, and process changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on skill applying AI tools to prototype or automate workflows.
  • A track record of building or improving operational systems for technical teams.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems effectively.
  • Working knowledge of technical concepts and tools.

Nice To Haves

  • A prior background in either product management or engineering is desirable, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine the operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that make Guild's Product & Engineering teams more effective at delivering our products.
  • Prototype and test AI and automation solutions, validating their effectiveness before broader rollout to streamline operations and accelerate product development.
  • Audit R&D processes to surface friction and map system dependencies, then implement scalable improvements and establish clear operational standards.
  • Own clear, consistent communication of roadmap updates, process changes, and operational standards across the product organization — ensuring stakeholders at every level know what's changing, why, and what it means for them.
  • Identify tooling gaps, run vendor conversations, and partner cross-functionally to select the right solutions.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams so priorities are shared and execution is seamless.
  • Lead rollout of process improvements, document them well, and measure their impact to validate success and fuel continuous improvement.
