About The Position

The Senior Product Operations Lead & Program Manager will join Netflix’s Configurations team within Content Experience Innovation (CEI). CEI shapes how members discover and engage with new content types, including live events, podcasts, creator content, and games, across Netflix platforms and product surfaces. The Configurations team connects CEI with the broader business through configurable, high-velocity capabilities that scale globally and across content types. This role owns the team’s product operations backbone, including ways of working, operating rhythms, portfolio visibility, and systems that help a fast-moving product organization work efficiently. The position aligns those rhythms with partner teams across Product and Tech and collaborates with Product Operations partners in Member Experience and Commerce to support a cohesive member experience. It also takes on program management responsibilities for critical innovation programs, including initiatives that transform how the organization works.

  • Ability to identify operational opportunities across the product development lifecycle and prioritize impactful improvements.
  • Strong cross-functional partnering skills across Product, Engineering, TPM, Design, and non-technical teams.
