About The Position

Canary Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to operate at the intersection of strategic thinking and polished execution. This role involves owning product areas and strategic go-to-market initiatives end-to-end, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate can build messaging frameworks, develop pricing and packaging based on data analytics, and create engaging webinars and presentations. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that blends storytelling, market insight, go-to-market strategy, and execution to drive growth and improve conversions.

Requirements

  • +8 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS and/or AI environment
  • Experience developing effective and commercially sound pricing and packaging for a multi-product SaaS portfolio
  • A portfolio of external storytelling (webinars, executive presentations, launch narratives, or analyst content) that drove real outcomes
  • Strong analytical ability to work with pricing models, win/loss data, and market research to build a credible point of view and translate it into external messaging
  • High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity; taking ownership of defining high-leverage initiatives, developing the approach, and putting it into action
  • Proven track record in product positioning, taking complex or technical products to market and making them resonate with non-technical buyers
  • A genuine high quality bar for own work, assets, and team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality tech, travel, or vertical SaaS
  • Management consulting or related experience
  • MBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define the go-to-market strategy for new products and coordinate cross-functionally to execute product launches.
  • Own pipeline generation, conversations, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes for new product launches.
  • Lead pricing strategy and packaging architecture for assigned product areas in partnership with Product Marketing leadership, Product Managers, and the Sales team.
  • Develop positioning frameworks that define how Canary's products compete and fit together, grounded in buyer psychology and the competitive landscape.
  • Own the stories Canary tells externally about the products in the portfolio, including executive keynote narratives, analyst briefings, and launch messaging.
  • Analyze sales and product data to generate insights and action plans to improve sales performance.
  • Identify customer metrics that convey the benefits of solutions and proliferate success stories through campaigns in partnership with Growth and Content Marketing teams.
  • Work across product, sales, finance, customer success, and executive leadership to align on strategy, execute plans, and learn from outcomes.
  • Generate insights from customer conversations to improve conversions, shape product strategy, and inspire content and asset development.
