Transform how small business owners understand and value Novo's banking platform. As Novo's Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the bridge between what we build and why it matters. At the heart of this role is translating product capabilities into compelling communications and stories that resonate with independent business owners navigating the complexities of running a business. You'll own go-to-market strategy and positioning across Novo's expanding product portfolio, from core banking to lending to business tools. Your deep customer insights will inform product roadmaps, shape marketing campaigns, and ultimately drive business outcomes. This isn't about feature lists—it's about articulating how Novo becomes an essential partner in a business owner's journey from launch to scale. Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Marketing with proven track record of driving engagement and revenue growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of experimentation and implementation of AI
  • Experience within a business with an ongoing product relationship (e.g. subscription, fintech, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Craft end-to-end GTM strategy: Design and execute data-driven engagement campaigns from acquisition through advocacy, optimizing for activation, retention, and growth
  • Meet customers where they are: Build product marketing channel plans across paid and owned channels (website, email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, and other formats), that deliver personalized experiences at scale
  • Drive product adoption: Partner with Product and other Marketing functions (Growth, Lifecycle, Customer Support) to accelerate feature discovery and usage by translating complex products into intuitive, benefit-driven messaging strategy and targeted campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize relentlessly: Dive deep into our data and develop experimentation frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance and customer lifetime value
  • Surprise and delight customers: Develop unique communications that celebrate and empathize with a business owner’s journey and demonstrates that Novo is on their side
  • Incorporate AI surgically: Use the best of new technologies while maintaining the humanity of the brand
